What is the shelf-life of the products?
Our sweets and savories stay at peak quality for 5-6 days from dispatch; refrigerate during warm weather.

Can i customize the gift boxes and choose the sweets that i would like to mix and match?
Absolutely - every box is fully customizable. Just pick any combination of sweets.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once your order enters production or is dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations, so please review carefully before confirming.
Can I return the order?
Returns aren’t available due to product perishability. We will replace any wrong items sent- just email photos within 24 hours of delivery.
What is the delivery timeline?
Standard shipping takes 2–3 business days. In Chennai, same-day or next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM.
