Welcome to Ladoos! The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Ladoos. We operate this store and website - including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services - to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Ladoos is powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, and include our policies incorporated by reference (e.g. our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  • Please review your order carefully; once accepted, cancellations are only possible under our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

  • Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged is the price at order placement, as shown in your confirmation email.

  • Prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, and import duties unless stated otherwise.

  • You agree to provide and maintain valid payment information. By submitting payment details, you warrant you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and subject to carrier performance, customs, and events beyond our control. Once items leave our facility, risk of loss transfers to you.

  • We are not liable for delivery delays or shortages arising from carrier errors or force majeure events.

  • While our store is hosted on Shopify, all sales are between you and Ladoos. Shopify is not liable for any claims related to products you purchase from us.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Ladoos, Shopify, and their affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force.

  • Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right. These Terms (and policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Ladoos regarding the Services.

19. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

  • We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
